Annette Kopacz is a registered Professional Engineer with over 20 years of electrical facilities design. She is experienced with project management of multi-disciplinary design/build and renovation projects. Project experience includes SABER, IDIQ, SATOC, Federal and Educational Facilities.
Our team of highly qualified professionals provides expertise in general contracting and construction management. We are proficient in the entire design build process including preplanning, site logistics, and even constructability reviews. Our thorough estimating processes ensures we will meet cost and schedule while achieving performance requirements.
We provide electrical contractor and professional engineering services with over 50 cumulative years of experience in electrical design, management, and construction. We are primarily engaged in installing and servicing electrical wiring and equipment. KBDBS also offers energy efficient solutions such as LED lighting design, integration with Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS), and LEED sustainability principals. Additional services include power and communication line and related structure construction; and fire alarm installation combined with sales, maintenance, or monitoring services.
